NaturallClub Review

I got a lot of questions on my Instagram about my hair care routine and Naturall. Here are all the products and what I love about them!

First, let me start off by saying that this is a black-owned business. The Founder and CEO Mugha Eltigani started this line in her college dorm room. After countless disappointments from natural products on the market, Mugha decided to start her own natural avocado-based products. When the product first launched a while back, I really wanted to try it especially since it is avocado-based. I grew up with hair masks that consisted of avocado so I have always been a fan of avocado products. At that time I was still burning my hair so I didn't want to waste my money knowing that I was not ready for my natural hair journey.
Fast-forwarding to the present, I finally did my big chop and the first thing I purchased was their Deluxe Full Avocado Line which included their new Thirst-Quenching Avocado Hair Moisturizer.

1. Cleansing Avocado Shampoo:

I've always struggled with shampoos that strip my hair especially since my hair gets dry very quickly. I was excited to see that the shampoo is sulfate, paraben, and silicone-free which contributes to the dryness from other shampoos. I did notice that this shampoo does not lather like other shampoos I've used in the past but it did a great job of removing buildup in my hair. A little actually goes a long way with this shampoo. From the moment I lathered this into my hair instantly felt softer and I felt a cooling sensation on my scalp which was nice. My Favorite part about the shampoo is that my hair was manageable after rinsing it out. Every shampoo I have used in the past leaves my hair a tangled mess after washing it. I thought the size of the bottle was actually perfect since I have thick curls and only wash my hair once a week, twice at most.

2. Hydrating Avocado Conditioner

The conditioner had a lotion-like consistency which was a little weird to me but once I put it on my hair it was fine. The conditioner is similar to the shampoo in that it gives you a refreshing feeling as well as leaving your hair manageable. Normally when I untangle my hair most of it comes out in the shower because there are so many knots. This conditioner basically melted away all the tangles and left my hair feeling like butter. My skepticism of its consistency was quickly shut down by the results. I was able to run my fingers through my hair by the end with minimal shedding.

3. Deep Conditioner
The famous NaturallClub Deep conditioner! So fresh it has to remain frozen or refrigerated until use. This product was actually what really inclined me to try this line because as I mentioned before I grew up doing avocado hair masks weekly. Once I read that this had real avocado in it (hence the need for the refrigeration) I was sold and had to have it. I thawed for 2 hours before use as instructed and sectioned my hair into pieces. I personally have thick hair so the 4oz was just enough for my hair. The conditioner is very light compared to other deep conditioners I have used. It did not leave my hair feeling heavy or hard when it dried. In all honesty, it felt more like a leave-in. It recommends leaving for 15-30 minutes but I left it overnight. After rinsing my hair felt so soft and moisturized, it was amazing. The real avocado in this for sure made a huge difference in the results.

4. Nourishing Avocado Leave-In Conditioner

The Nourishing leave-in conditioner was a great pair with the curl custard cream and it helped my hair retain and lock in some much-needed moisture.

5. Thirst-Quenching Avocado Hair Moisturizer

I was super excited to try this product as it had just been released when I decided to try NaturallClub. I watched countless promo videos before it launched, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. I actually ended up using this product later on during the week as a pick me up for my hair. Since I already had the leave-in in my hair I felt that adding this was a little too much and frankly unnecessary. I sectioned my hair into pieces and used a spray bottle to dampen my hair. Once my hair was wet enough I added the moisturizer to my hair and I instantly saw results. My curls were so bouncy and most importantly they were so moisturized. The product has a berry scent to it which was a pleasant surprise and left my hair smelling lovely.

6. Curl Custard
The Curl Custard paired perfectly with both the leave-in and the moisturizer. This is also a product that a little goes a long way especially since using a lot leaves your hair hard once the gel dropped dries. As I've mentioned before I have very thick hair so I was skeptical about the medium hold. The custard gave my hair just the right amount of hold which was great because I have always struggled in the past with this. I lived by mousse for hold but this definitely tops it. One thing I loved about this was the light scent that light and not overpowering.
7. Pure Avocado Oil

The Pure Avocado oil is unscented which I loved because I've used oils before with overpowering smells that lead to headaches. The oil left my hair feeling very soft and moisturized as expected. This sealed all the products into my hair. My favorite thing about this is the growth this oil gives. I have used it for a few weeks now with other oils from NaturAll and I have seen a huge difference. ( I'll be making a review on their growth serum later this week).

Overall, I would 100 % recommend NaturAll! There are several ways to try the company without committing to the full line such as the Wash Day Bundle that brings the Shampoo, Conditioner, and Deep Conditioner. Learn more about the company here
